Mr. Hughes has over 23 years of experience including 15 years with the Virginia Department of Transportation and 8 years with a private sector consulting firm. Over the 23 year period numerous projects were completed throughout Virginia and other parts of the region including Ohio, Florida, Maryland, New York, Maine and the District of Columbia.
